We recently helped a military family that was being deployed out of the area.  They were facing a situation that many are currently facing at the moment – a potential foreclosure situation. They were facing a situation where they had to sell their home quickly but because they were upside down on their loan they were having problems selling it. Luckily for them their real estate agent put them in touch with us because she knew that we are experienced in negotiating short sales and have the resources to close quickly.  We were able to help this family get out of their home in a matter of weeks and successfully negotiated the short sale for them.  They were able to move on with their lives and we were able to purchase a home that we then renovated and sold to a very happy first time home buyer.  This was a classic example of a WIN WIN WIN for all parties!
